Interim Government Bill (2020) TC-INT02
Part I: The Constitution
That Tynwald Court agrees to passage of The Constitution (2020) (Draft) to serve as the Consitutional document for the region of Alesia.
Part II: Interim Government Dissolution
That following passage, the Interim Government’s mandate will cease.
Part III: Elections
3.1 That following passage, the election for Speaker of Tynwald Court will be held four days later with candidacy declarations due no later than twenty four hours before the vote.
3.2 That following passage, the election for High Chieftain will be held six days later with candidacy declarations due no later than twenty four hours before the vote.
3.3 That all elections be administered by the World Assembly Delegate serving as Returning Officer.
3.4 That all elections be carried out via poll on NationStates and the vote remain open for at least 24 hours.
3.5 That specific dates and times be declared by the World Assembly delegate immediately upon passage of this Bill.
